How can I find my wine at Vinaralia?

You can specify your search in the search box on the left and, if you know the name of your wine, you can type it in directly on search.

You can also use the Advanced Search at the top of the screen.

If you can’t find your wine in our cellar, please send us an email on and we will try and get it at the best price for you.

How can I add my wine to the cart?

Once you’ve found the wine you want, click on the product to see the product information card. There you will see all the information on the wine and, if you wish to buy it, you just need to click on Purchase.

How many bottles can I buy?

You can buy any amount of bottles you wish and combine them in any way you wish. However, in order to optimise transport costs, we recommend that you order 6 bottles.

How can pay for my order?

When you confirm your order, you will be able to choose to pay by crèdit card via La Caixa’s secure payment platform, PayPal or a third option depending on you delivery zone (bank transfer or cash on delivery). For further information, please see How to Order.

Where will the order be delivered?

When you confirm the order, you will need to provide the delivery address. Please make sure you enter an address where you are likely to be during normal working hours Monday to Friday.

What happens if I am not at home when the delivery comes?

If you are not there when the delivery company comes, they will try to deliver it a different they. If you are not there the second time, they will get in touch with you by telephone to arrange for you to collect the goods fromtheir warehouse. If they cannot reach you by phone, they will return the goods to Vinaralia. Please make sure that your address and telephone number are correct.

When will I receive my order?

The delivery time may be between 48 hours to a week, depending on your delivery zone, when you confirm the order and the type of order.  If you haven’t received your wine one week after confirming the order, please contact us on and we will find out what has happened.

How much will I have to pay for the transport?

The cost will vary depending on the weight (amount of bottles) and the delivery zone. The delivery costs could be free if you buy a certain amount. For further details, please read the Transport Terms and Conditions.


What if the bottle is broken when I receive it?

Our boxes are specially designed to ensure your online wine order gets to you in perfect conditions. However, if a bottle is broken during transport, you should notice that the box is damp or stained. If you receive a damp or stained box, do not open the box and do not accept the delivery. Send us an email on and we will resend you the order without any extra cost.

What if the wine is not in a good state?

Vinaralia buys all the products directly from the wineries or via authorised suppliers, which usually guarantees the quality of the product. However, if the wine you receive is not as it should be, please contact us on and we will find out what could have happened to it, replacing the goods at no extra cost.
