Please read below the transport terms and conditions related to your online wine purchase at Vinaralia:

FEES

*In countrys outside EU the prices are without VAT. Possible customs charges and import taxes are charged to the customer in the contry of destination. 

• Zone Barcelona and surrounding area of Barcelonès: All deliveries 4€. Free transport for a purchase of 60€ or higher.

• Zone Barcelona province (except Barcelonès): All deliveries 8€. Free transport for a purchase of 120€ or higher.

• Zone Catalonia (except Barcelona province): All deliveries 9€. Free transport for a purchase of 200€ or higher.

• Zone Spain mainland (except Catalonia): All deliveries 10€

For deliveries to other zones or countries, please send us an email on info@vinaralia.com

We have boxes for 3,6 and 12 bottles, but we always recommend purchasing a minimum of 6 bottles in order to optimise the cost of transport. 

The transport fee includes:

• Transport
• Packaging
• Transport insurance (for breakage or lost)
• 21% VAT

ORDER DELIVERY TIME

Your delivery may arrive only 48 hours after ordering.  However, depending on delivery zone, day of the week and size of the order, it can take some more days.

We prepare and send orders from Monday to Friday; we do not deliver at the weekends or on Bank Holidays.

TRANSPORT INSURANCE

All our deliveries are insured with a transport insurance that cover any breakages or losses.

If you haven’t received your order after a week, please contact us on info@vinaralia.com and we will find out what has happened. If your order has been lost during transport, we will resend it to you straight away. If you do not wish to receive it any more, we will give you a full refund.

When you receive the delivery, if you suspect that there may be one or more broken bottles inside (the box is damp or stained), do not accept it and return it to the transport company without opening it. Then send us an email on info@vinaralia.com and we will resend a new order to you without any extra cost or, if you prefer, we will give you a full refund.

PACKAGING

We have a special packaging to protect the wine to make sure the order gets to you in perfect conditions.

Our boxes can hold 3,6 or 12 bottles, but you can order any amount you wish and we will prepare your order very carefully for you to receive it in perfect conditions.
