This wine is solely made from red Grenache and comes from the land “the Valleta”, a vineyard that is more than 35 years from the area of Vilalba dels Arcs. Grapes are hand-picked and put in to 15kg boxes.
Once completed, Señora Carmen is aged 12 months in 225 litre French oak barrels and 3 months resting in bottle before leaving the cellar.
