Vines of Mataró (Monastrell) on sandy granitic soil to 150-300 metres of altitude.
The maceration and fermentation processes begin, which lasts approximately 20 days.
The grapes are lightly pressed and then put into French oak barrels where the malolactic fermentation starts.
After 12 months of aging, the wine is bottled and aged minimum one year in bottle before being realised on the market.
