Organic sweet red wine made from grapes of the autochthonous variety Mataró. The grapes are left to overripe on the vine and the harvest takes place before the raisining process begins.
During the first couple of days the alcoholic fermentation is initiated to saturate the wine from CO2 and thus prevent oxidation. The maceration takes place in French oak barrels for 7 months in order to obtain a maximum extraction of colour.
After a light pressing the wine is bottled.No sulphites or any other products are added throughout the process.
